Built to Battle

This sermon, based on Judges 6–7, recounts the calling of Gideon to illustrate how God calls us to fight battles we don’t feel ready for—not because we’re strong, but because He is. Gideon’s story shows that God sees a warrior even when we see weakness. Faith doesn’t eliminate fear; it empowers us to move forward despite it. God often reduces our resources to increase our reliance, reminding us that victory comes from surrender, not strategy. When we trust God's math and respond with obedience, He does the supernatural through the surrendered.
